Depending on how you use AllyPay, we may collect information you provide, information created through transactions and information collected automatically from your device or browser.

  • Account information: name, email address, profile details, preferences and support history.
  • Verification information: identity, eligibility or compliance information when a wallet, regulated payment feature or partner service requires it.
  • Transaction information: payment amount, merchant, service category, time, status, reference number, refund status and settlement data.
  • Service information: hotel, travel, mobility, eSIM, bills, government-service or marketplace requests made through the platform.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser, app version, device signals, pages visited, buttons used and diagnostic logs.

2. How we use information

AllyPay uses information for clear platform purposes: to provide services, secure transactions, support users, improve reliability and operate merchant or partner tools.

  • Process wallet, QR, checkout, payment link, refund and merchant settlement flows.
  • Operate bookings, telecom, travel, mobility, marketplace and daily-life services.
  • Detect suspicious activity, reduce fraud risk and protect accounts.
  • Personalise relevant offers, rewards and service recommendations where permitted.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate product, policy or service updates.
  • Analyse performance, reliability and service demand across the AllyPay ecosystem.

3. Sharing with partners and service providers

We may share limited information with trusted parties when necessary to deliver a requested service, complete a payment, support settlement or comply with applicable requirements.

  • Payment and wallet providers: to authorise, process, settle, reverse or investigate transactions.
  • Merchants and service partners: to complete bookings, mobility, eSIM, bills, travel or marketplace requests.
  • Technology providers: for hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support and communication tools.
  • Authorities or compliance parties: where required by applicable law, regulation, court order or lawful request.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. Partner access should be limited to what is required for the service being provided.
